Terms Conditions

1.Rates are quoted and charged in NZD inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change and seasonal rates may apply.

2.Credit card details are required to confirm all bookings, these are held on file and nothing is charged until departure. Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to you scheduled arrival will incur no charges. Cancellation made after this time may result in the amount of one night’s accommodation being charged to the credit card number held on file. Cancellation policy for groups will be advised at the time of booking.

3.Check-in is available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. Early check-in and/or check-out is by arrangement only.

4.Payment for all accommodation must be made in full on the day of departure (if not already done so). Overdue/recovery charges may apply if your account is not paid on time.

5.No visitors are allowed in rooms after 10pm. Any damage to the room or property may be charged, plus a charge for any resultant loss of income if applicable.

6.The Lakeland Resort (2008) Limited is not liable for any loss or damage to property owned by, or in the custody of the Client or its guests, employees, agents or others. The Client is advised to arrange adequate insurance cover. A safe is available for the Client’s use.

7.Smoking is not allowed in any room on the property. If you do smoke, then you may be charged appropriate cleaning and loss of income charges.

8.Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guest of 18 years or over

9.Lakeland Resort (2008) Limited does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of, or connected with, its website or for any products or services purchased from its website.

10.Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information, Lakeland Resort (2008) Limited does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information and descriptions of products.

11.The Lakeland Resort (2008) Limited will not be liable for any failure of delay in providing facilities, services, food or beverages as a result of events or matters outside its control, (including but not limited to fire, storm, explosion, flood, Act of God, action of any Government or Governmental agency, shortage of materials or goods, strike or lock-out.).
